A starter of spicy Mango salsa (Mango, Ginger, Chilli pepper, Garlic, Lime juice) with dehydrated Flaxseed and Tomato crispbreads.

Followed by a Buckwheat salad, (Buckwheat, Peas, Capsicum, Homegrown Swiss Chard, Tomatoes, Spring Onions, Capers and Olive Oil) and tomatoes stuffed with Sprouted Lentil pate. (Sprouted Lentils, Avocado, Garlic, Ginger, Tamari) Fresh, wholesome and delicious!

  1. Hello~ new to this wonderful site.
    any chance recipes are available for the luscious meals in photos?

    wonder if 2 forms of protein are good at one meal i.e. beans & salmon for example?

    con: food combining, 1 protein per meal is best.
