iEvolve facilitator meal

I cooked a simple meal for facilitators of the iEvolve programme which took place this weekend, on the days leading up to the event: One-pot Root vegetable Nabe (Carrots, Leek Squash, Daikon, Turnip, Lotus Root, Miso) with sesame seeds and scallions; Steamed Sprouted Broccoli with Orange dressing and fried garlic; Rice with Barley, Fish and Squash Tempura with Green Nori Sprinkles, deep fried Chickpea Croquettes with Sesame Seeds; Takuan pickle and grated Daikon pickle with Shoyu.
