A visit to Fishy Fishy restaurant in Kinsale, (the name inspired by the seaside ditty ‘When the Boat Comes in’) where Nicky and I enjoyed an array of beautifully prepared seafood dishes: Oysters on the half Shell; Crab Claws cooked in Garlic and Chilli; Panfried Monkfish on a bed of Herb and Mushroom Risotto and a decadent Orange and Almond Cake to polish it off.
