The next Soup Kitchen is set for Monday 23 April, at the Happy Kitchen Canteen. We’ll be preparing a Spring Vegetable Soup using Homemade Vegetable Stock. What will be in it? Just wait and see! I will be visiting the Stoke Newington Farmers Market a few days before, where I’ll pick out some organic, seasonal vegetables for us to create the Soup.
