They say once you’ve had homemade curry, you’ll never takeaway again. Such is the case when Davinder Singh stopped over, and whipped up a couple of curries handed down by his Dad, a Chicken Curry, and a spicy Aubergine number. Above is the original ‘mix.’
And here is the followup, the next day, of leftover chicken curry complemented by Wild Rice, Sauteed Zuchini, Blanched Cavelo Nero and some Garlic and Mint Yoghurt.
