An impromptu meal at the home of 99 delights, with Katie Bonham on the wheels of steel. Spinach & Danish Feta Filo Parcels; Aduki Beans & Rice with Gomasio; Raw Zucchini Salad with Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and fresh Chilli; Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Zucchini, Blue Cheese & Walnuts; Hummus; Home-made Piccalilly and Tomato, Red Onion & Chilli Chutney. Finished off with Banana & Walnut Cake, served with a slice of Orange topped with Greek Yoghurt, drizzled with Golden Syrup. (a la Fanny Cradock)
