A delicious Risotto enjoyed with Uncle & Aunty, featuring a selection of homegrown produce. Salmon, Pea and fresh Mint Risotto, with sauteed Prawns, accompanied by a mixed leaf Salad with Nasturtiums and assorted garden flowers, finished off by a Lemon, Tahini, Aioli style dressing.
