A colourful dish of panfried Salmon with Mirin & Toasted Nori strips, Short Grain Rice, Rainbow Chard sauteed with Shoyu and Sesame Seeds, Blanched Cauliflower with a Tarragon Vinaigrette, garnished with scallions.
