<p>A meal shared with Mr <a href="http://www.jontnet.com/" target="_blank">Jont</a>, an extraordinary heartfelt singer-songwriter and minstrel of yore. We are working on a collaboration in support of his soon-to-be-released album &#8216;Set it Free.&#8217; It didn&#8217;t hurt that Jont was seated at the kitchen table playing a selection of his songs old and (very) new while the food was being prepared. This colourful plate was the result: Jean Torne&#8217;s wonderful Chickpea, Tomato, Lemon &amp; Coriander stew, Red cabbage sauteed with Raisins and Cider Vinegar, Barley &amp; Short Grain Rice, Marinated pan-fried Tofu with pickled Radish and sesame seed condiment.</p>
