Some delightful pictures provided by Jacinda Torrance, of time spent with Sam Sampson at the Waikawau Bay estuary. The morning greeted by Porridge with Feijoas and Golden Flax Seeds, and an evening meal of Hijiki and Carrots on Soba Noodles enjoyed as the sun goes down.

A meal shared with good friends Sam Sampson (West Auckland poet) and Jacinda Torrance (designer) at their Mt Roskill home. Buckwheat & Rice Patties, Panfried Tofu, Sweetcorn and steamed Asparagus. Topped off with Gray’s (Jacinda’s Dad) legendary Sweet Chilli Sauce.
