<p>I&#8217;ve seen some impressive fish shops displays in my time, but <a href="http://www.finandflounder.com/" target="_blank">Fin &amp; Flounder</a> takes the cake. A recent arrival on <a href="http://www.broadwaymarket.co.uk/home.html" target="_blank">Broadway Market</a> which is doing its utmost to source fresh local seafood, and provide information for customers to make conscious decisions about the food they buy and eat.</p>
