Chickpea and Vegetable Stew, topped with sauteed Black Carrots and crispy Sage, Panfried Millet, Oven baked Harlequin Pumpkin, and a spontaneous addition to the menu, Roasted Blue Cauliflower on a bed of caramelised Red Onions.
