A few Oak Railway Sleepers are now nailed and screwed in place, the soil dugover and augmented with a few bags of <a title=\"Hackney City Farm\" href=\"http:\/\/hackneycityfarm.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hackney City Farm<\/a> manure (shovel yourself for only \u00a31.50 a bag!) and a mix of homemade and bagged organic compost.
