It&#8217;s a traditional recipe, a rich, hearty Soup made with White Onions, White Wine and homemade Vegetable Stock. We&#8217;ll use Flour to thicken it, which in this case will be a gluten-free Buckwheat to fit in with Happy Kitchen&#8217;s gluten-free ethos. There&#8217;s no compromise on taste and flavour. We&#8217;ll be serving with Gluten-free or Sourdough bread from from the E5 Bakehouse, and some Gruyere for old-school cheese-lovers. Would you like to join in on the class?
