My all intents and purposes, a cooking class. But it&#8217;s immediately apparent that there is a lot more going on in Mutsuko&#8217;s kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;My commitment, is that all of us cook at home, to create a strong foundation in our lives.<br \/>\nCreate flow of energy each and every day.<br \/>\nLive happy and well.<\/p>\n<p>Life revolves around the kitchen.<br \/>\nLife revolves around our daily activity.<\/p>\n<p>Food and well being is the foundation of our life.<\/p>\n<p>Food and well being allows transformation to happen more effectively.<br \/>\nI intentionally do not use the word complete, because energy is always flowing, never &#8216;complete.&#8217;
