I discovered the Bakehouse recently after hearing from Francoise about the artisan breadmaking courses run by Ben, and have popped along a few times to pick up some of their wonderful Sourdough Bread. I&#8217;ve seen, and tasted the handiwork of the Happy Kitchen crew as they&#8217;ve gradually infiltrated East London Community events, cafes, and life in general with their welcome infusion of non-processed ingredient, local, organic and seasonal delights.
