Burdock Root goes very well with this. I&#8217;ve added some blanched Kale to this dish.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aduki Bean stew with Oven baked Coley fillet, after marinading in Shoyu, Ginger, Kuzu &amp; Sake.&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1370,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[11],"tags":[233,234],"class_list":["post-1369","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-meals","tag-aduki-bean","tag-coley","comments-open","no-comments"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1369","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=1369"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1369\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1372,"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1369\/revisions\/1372"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/1370"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=1369"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=1369"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/www.wholefoodkitchen.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=1369"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
