The <a href=\"http:\/\/fora.tv\/2010\/01\/23\/Michael_Pollan_on_Food_Rules_An_Eaters_Manual#chapter_04\" target=\"_blank\">&#8216;Cultural Wisdom about Food&#8217;<\/a> is a good chapter to start with, but Pollan explores a lot of territory in this hour long talk.
