Meal with Meg
A dinner shared with Meg Liptrot at home in Grey Lynn, Auckland. Light Miso Soup followed by a meal of Buckwheat, Smoked Salmon, Arame with Carrot, Mescalin & Raw Beetroot Salad with Tahini Dressing. Meg is Co-Manager of the Sustainable Living Centre in West Auckland.
